Cancellation Policy
Read the Cancellation Policy:
- Due to the limited number of course places, we ask that any cancellations or booking changes are made as early as possible.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@aliners.co.uk.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Although Aliners will only cancel or reschedule an event when absolutely necessary, we reserve the right to do so. If this happens, you may either transfer to another event or request a full refund.
- Please note that Aliners cannot accept liability for accommodation, travel costs, or any other losses incurred as a result of an event being cancelled or rescheduled.
